Responsibilities

• Manage all daily residential operations (intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications, etc.)
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
• Escalate concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a positive recovery environment
• Ensure client and BHT compliance with all rules, policies, and procedures

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred
• If in recovery, at least one year of sustained sobriety
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set boundaries
• Dignified, honest character modeling recovery principles

Shift Details

Overnights: 9:30pm-7:30am, Thursday-Sunday. Other shifts may be available.

Avenues Recovery Center at Dublin, set on 11 acres in New Hampshire, offers a scenic, rustic environment for recovery. Staffed by passionate clinicians and healthcare professionals, the facility fosters a dignified and compassionate care environment.
