The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) manages the immediate milieu of patients, facilitates group therapy, aids with activities of daily living, and assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment, under the direction and supervision of the Charge Nurse.
Available Shifts: Overnight: (7:00p-11:30p); every other weekend required
Shift Differential Pay: Weekdays (3pm - 11pm): $3.25, weekdays (11pm - 7am): $5.00; weekends (7am - 3pm): $2.00, weekends (3pm - 11pm): $5.00, weekends (11pm - 7am): $7.00.
*Advancement Opportunities & Incentives - BHT Career Ladder Program: A new BHT must be employed for a 6-month period and will then be introduced to the BHT Career Ladder Program. The BHT can achieve advancement in title and compensation by following the BHT Career Ladder process.
$1 added to base rate of pay if bilingual (must pass a language assessment; eligible to take assessment after completing first 30 days)
