Position: Specialized Behavioral Personal Assistant
We are seeking Direct Support Professionals, college students in Child Development, Special Education, Psychology, or Applied Behavior Analysis, Classroom Assistants, DSP II, Behavioral Interventionists, and energetic individuals with experience working with children and/or adults with challenging behaviors.
Responsibilities include:
The main duty is to work with and implement behavior support plans to assist individuals with behavior challenges, while supporting their circle of support. This position does NOT include housekeeping or medical duties such as medication administration or pulse checks. Assistance with toileting or bathing may be needed, and staff may heat items but not prepare meals.
