Job description

We are looking for Behavior Technicians to join our team and provide support to children with developmental and behavioral needs. The ideal candidate must have experience working with children, specifically in the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis. The successful candidate will be patient, organized, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  1. Implement behavioral interventions in accordance with the Behavior Plan.
  2. Provide positive reinforcement and redirection to children with behavioral issues.
  3. Monitor and document behavior changes.
  4. Collect data on behavior changes.
  5. Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other professionals.
Job Type:

Full-time, Part time, per diem

Pay:

$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
