Overview:

Under the supervision of the registered nurse, assist in the individualized care of patients aimed at achieving their highest level of physical and mental wellness. Perform designated clinical procedures and non-clinical support tasks essential to nursing care. Assist in unit operational support tasks. Perform duties in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Qualifications:

• Preferred Education: Successful completion of a High School Diploma and/or Nurse Assistant training course.
• Preferred Experience: Behavioral Health, Psych, or Direct Support Professional. Physical demands include lifting floor to waist height of <30 lbs (horizontally) and <40 lbs force, balance, hand coordination, data entry.
