Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in psychology, Human Services, Early Childhood Education, or related field.
• 6 months of experience working directly with children in a therapeutic setting or QMHP-C certification.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret treatment plans for patients/residents.
• Develop and facilitate group sessions.
• Observe and record patient/resident behaviors.
• Assist with behavior management and crisis intervention.
• Conduct continuous rounding to monitor patients/residents.
