Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year security/safety experience preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts and flexible hours.
• Knowledge of security operations and safety practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with staff and residents.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a therapeutic environment for clients.
• Accompany clients to medical clinics, meetings, and community activities.
• Maintain facility security and monitor client movements.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge procedures.
• Supervise client chores and ensure a clean, safe environment.
• Assist nursing staff with vitals and care of detox clients.
• Lead or participate in weekly team meetings and training.
