Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, criminal justice, education, health or social sciences or related field.
• 1–3 years related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 or group patient care under RN supervision.
• Assist with daily living activities and vital signs.
• Document in EMR and participate in inter-disciplinary treatment planning.
• Assist with safety procedures and behavioral management as needed.
• Support patient and family programs and activities.
