We offer behavioral healthcare services – psychiatry, addiction recovery, mental disorder treatment, etc. – that allow clients at all stages of recovery or rehabilitation to reclaim health and well-being.

Summary

An essential role in the delivery of residential and outpatient treatment services. This direct care position primarily involves interacting with and supervising clients in treatment. The role assists clinical and administrative teams in identifying and serving client needs.

Pay: $16 + /hr

Shift: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 10:00am - 6:00pm and Wednesday and Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm

Responsibilities

• Assist with the intake process for new clients into the program.
• Communicate with staff either verbally or through written communication logs, maintaining detailed client logs.
• Listen to clients concerning all areas of treatment and maintain a safe, orderly, and therapeutic physical environment for clients, including crisis intervention.
• Coordinate activities such as lectures, recreation, and meetings.
• Conduct mandatory bed checks as required per department and complete bed-check sheets for shift reporting.
• Ensure client schedules are followed daily.
• Follow objectives of treatment plans.
• Monitor medication line.
• Transport clients to meetings and recreational activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Valid driver’s license (Required)
• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
• Experience in drug and alcohol/mental health fields (Preferred)
• Experience facilitating process groups and family sessions (Preferred)
