Join us for the Behavioral Health Technician (Full Time) role at Pyramid Healthcare.

Position Details: We operate a residential Substance Use Disorder treatment center in Duncansville for adults. The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) plays a vital role in client well-being and daily operations. As a frontline support, the BHT engages closely with clients throughout the day. Compensation: Hourly Rate: $12/hour (before shift differential)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Complete the intake process with new clients into the program.
2. Maintain client documentation.
3. Observe and document client self-administration of medication as applicable.
4. Coordinate client activities.
5. Follow objectives of treatment plans and address client-specific needs.
6. Evaluate behavioral and emotional needs; provide responses including crisis intervention.
7. Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly environment.
8. Assist with dietary needs of clients.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education:

• High School Diploma required.
