Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely transport clients to and from doctor appointments, meetings and activities.
• Supervise clients during transport and on floor activities.
• Record client information in EMR and complete admissions paperwork.
• Ensure clients are accounted for at all times and follow safety protocols.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and report accidents or unsafe conditions promptly.
• Promote a healthy recovery environment and assist with therapy activities.
