At Pyramid Healthcare Mountaineer Inpatient in Kearneysville, we specialize in Substance Use Disorder treatment. Pyramid Healthcare Inc. has been in operations since 1999 and we currently operate over 80 programs in 8 different states, offering a full continuum of high-quality behavioral health care for individuals suffering from substance use disorders, mental health concerns, and other behavioral health issues.

The Behavioral Health Technician Driver (BHT Driver) plays an essential role in the delivery of residential and outpatient treatment services by providing direct supervision, support, and engagement with clients in treatment. BHT Drivers assist clinical and administrative teams in monitoring client behavior, supporting daily activities, and maintaining a safe therapeutic environment. In programs where transportation services are required, the BHT Driver also provides safe client transportation to and from treatment-related appointments, activities, and designated locations while maintaining appropriate supervision and documentation standards.

• MUST be able to drive company vehicle
• Address: 3094 Charles Town Road, Kearneysville, WV
• Hourly Rate: $15.00/hour (before shift differential!)
• Schedule:
• Tuesday - Saturday either 6:30am-3pm OR 10:30pm-7am
• Sun, Monday, Tuesday, Wed, Thurs 2:30pm-11pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Complete the intake process with new clients into program
• Maintains client documentation
• Observe an document client self-administration of medication as applicable
• Coordination of client activities
• Follows objectives of treatment plans and client-specific needs
• Evaluates behavioral and emotional needs of clients and provides response including crisis intervention
• Maintains safe, clean, and orderly physical environment
• Assists with the dietary needs of clients
• Transport clients to and from treatment programs, medical appointments, meetings, and other approved locations.
• Ensure safe supervision of clients during transportation.
• Follow all company transportation policies and safety procedures.
• Maintain required transportation documentation and logs.
• Ensure vehicles are operated safely and report maintenance or safety concerns as appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned

Education, Experience:

• REQUIRED: High school diploma or equivalent
• REQUIRED: Valid driver’s license
