Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs and records vital signs, intake and output.
• Monitors patient behavior and mental status; notifies RN of changes.
• Assists with patient safety checks and restraints under RN direction.
• Orientates new staff and participates in treatment team meetings.
• Provides direct and indirect patient care and assists with ADLs as needed.
• Documents in the EHR in a timely and accurate manner.
