Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor clients, including vital signs and safety checks
• Assist with medication administration as trained
• Document behaviors and communicate concerns
• Facilitate support and education groups
• Maintain a safe environment

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent, with 2 years of responsible employment
• Experience in Human Services preferred
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and acceptable driving record
• First Aid and CPR certifications within 3 months of employment
• Must be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle

Physical Requirements:

• Sedentary work involving lifting up to 10 pounds occasionally
