Job summary

Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. seeks a Behavioral Health Technician to deliver intensive mental health interventions to children and adolescents in home, school, and community settings. The role operates under supervision of a Qualified Mental Health Professional and supports families on an interdisciplinary team.

Part-time hourly position with flexible scheduling; strong communication, Spanish-language skills a plus, and valid driver’s license encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 40+ hours of training option.
• Experience or certification in behavioral health support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of EHR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive behavioral health interventions to children/adolescents.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team at various community sites.
• Support families to help clients function in the least restrictive setting.
