• Meet with newly assigned client and conduct introductory session.
• Participate in clinical staff meetings as scheduled.
• Ensure all client referrals for services made on or offsite have follow up documentation in the record.
• Abide by HIPPA and Confidentiality laws.
• Complete, sign, and date all Suicide Risk Assessments upon admission.
• Assist with AMA blockage onsite and at housing via telephone when possible.
• Complete required trainings within orientation period and annually.
• Provide Clinical Director with weekly schedule of availability.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director and Lead Behavioral Health Tech to approve all clinical passes for clients.
