Odyssey House Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Behavioral Health Technician for overnight shifts at our Men's Boarding Home in West Valley-Midvale. The role includes documenting services, assisting residents, and supporting daily operations.

Job Location: West Valley-Midvale

Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour (+ $1 shift differential for overnight shifts from 9 PM to 9 AM)

Core Responsibilities: You will accurately document services, maintain healthy boundaries, and ensure resident safety. Other responsibilities will include cooking, cleaning, attending staff meetings, trainings, maintaining the daily schedule, and completing headcounts and shift check-off lists as needed

Day in the Life: In your day-to-day work, you will have the opportunity to get to know residents one-on-one in a deep and meaningful way. You will provide them with individualized attention and support to help them achieve their goals. You will work with residents to help them understand their healthy and unhealthy behaviors and develop and use coping skills.
