New Horizon Community Care (NHCC) is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT) to support youth and adults through structured, therapeutic programs in Chandler, Tempe, Glendale, Phoenix, and Casa Grande, AZ. The role offers $23–$27/hour with full benefits and 100% company-paid medical insurance after 30 days.

As a BHT, you will supervise, run groups, support treatment goals, assist with documentation, and respond to crises.

Qualifications

• Meet state licensing requirements for BHTs/Para Professionals.
• 21+ years old.
• Must be able to obtain AZ DPS Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (Unrestricted).
• Valid AZ Driver's License & insurable driving record.

About The Role

Work in one of three programs that help clients build coping skills, emotional regulation, decision‑making, and academic or social engagement:

• Direct Services – Individualized support for youth through adults (family support, life skills, wellness, behavior modification).
• CHOICE Day Program – Structured therapeutic day program with group work, skill‑building, and distance‑learning academic support.
• Therapeutic Recreation – After‑school program using movement, recreation, art, and CBT‑based activities to build resilience and confidence.
