Job summary

Lifepoint Health® in Hickory, North Carolina, seeks dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants for its Adult Behavioral Health Unit. You'll work with a multidisciplinary team to provide quality care and support to patients experiencing behavioral health crises.

Team Context

Join our 81‑bed Adult Behavioral Health Unit staffed with RNs, CNAs, Mental Health Technicians, Social Work Therapists, Recreational Therapists and Psychiatric Providers. The unit treats diagnoses such as Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Borderline Personality Disorder and Substance Use Disorder. This role offers an opportunity to work collaboratively in a supportive environment focused on providing quality care to individuals experiencing behavioral health crises.

How You’ll Contribute

• Accurately identify patient needs.
