Case load of 30-40 hours/week available.

We are seeking caring and reliable direct care providers (RBT or BHT-ABA) who are dedicated to helping children with the science of Applied Behavior Analysis. Activities include:

• Implementing ABA treatment plans under supervision of BC/BCBA.
• Utilizing evidence-based strategies of ABA.
• Collecting data as instructed by BC/BCBA.
• Providing 1:1 behavioral interventions to decrease maladaptive behaviors and promote skill acquisition.
• Transferring skills to caregivers and school staff for generalization and maintenance.

Additional requirements:

• Participate in agency-required trainings and supervision.

Must be a kind and patient person who enjoys working with children and helping them learn and grow.

Experience:

• Applied Behavior Analysis: 1 year (Preferred)
• TSS/BHT: 1 year (Preferred)
• RBT or 40 Hour Training (Preferred)
