Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Clarksville operates a residential facility offering detox and inpatient rehab services. We are hiring BHTS for all shifts to support admissions, transport, meals, medications and daily operations.

You will work closely with clinical teams to create a warm, recovery‑oriented environment, monitor safety, document incidents, and handle administrative duties across shifts in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Valid Driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year sobriety required.
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
• Warm, compassionate and empathetic personality.
• Dignified character modeling recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones etc.).
• Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environment.
• Monitor clients and enforce all policies to ensure safety of clients and staff.
• Record and elevate any critical communication/incidents promptly.
• Fulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support).

What You'll Do

• Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones etc.)
