HavenRise Academy in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) for an on-site, full-time role supporting adolescents in treatment. You will help structure daily programming, assist with therapy sessions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team in a purpose-driven environment.

The role emphasizes positive role-modeling, crisis de-escalation, and accurate documentation of participation and progress in the EMR; a high school diploma is required and related field

Your Role

• Serve as a positive role model and support adolescents in treatment.
• Assist with daily programming, including therapy sessions, structured activities, and activity transitions.
• Monitor client safety, manage behavioral challenges, and use de-escalation techniques.
• Document participation, behaviors, and progress in the EMR.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $16 – $20, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Requirements
