Amatus Health/TruHealing Centers is seeking compassionate Behavioral Health Technicians for day shifts to support recovery in a structured, therapeutic environment. You will assist admissions, monitor activity, report changes, and aid with crisis intervention while upholding HIPAA and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client admissions, orientations, and transportation needs.
• Monitor client activities and maintain a safe treatment environment.
• Observe and report changes in clients' physical, emotional, or behavioral condition.
• Conduct routine client accountability checks and monitor family visits.
• Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation when necessary.
• Complete shift reports, documentation, and daily checklists.
• Support medical and clinical staff as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility.
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.
