Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center at Lake Ariel operates a 40-bed residential program offering detox and inpatient rehab services. The role leads daily operations, supports the BHT team, and maintains a warm recovery environment for clients and staff.

Ideal candidates bring leadership, empathy, and integrity, with a strong commitment to recovery principles and client well-being in a high-support setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries.
• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.).
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures.
