• Escort clients to and from appointments and sessions
• Assist with activities and engage with clients
• Assist counselors and the therapeutic team
• Document relevant information regarding client activities
• Facilitate urinalyses
• Observe and record patient behavior
• Provide a safe and supportive environment
• Administer and record client medications
• Help with daily living activities
