Authentic Recovery Homes in Denver, CO seeks a dependable Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to support adults in a sober living and recovery environment. The role requires credentialing (CAT/CAS or higher) and emphasizes documentation, safety, and client engagement.

You will facilitate life skills and recovery-focused groups, document care, and work with clinical leadership to implement treatment plans. This full-time position offers growth opportunities and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Credential required: CAT, CAS or higher behavioral health/addictions credential.
• Experience with individuals with substance use disorders preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate life skills, SUD/recovery, relapse prevention and recovery-focused groups.
• Complete timely and clinically appropriate client documentation.
• Provide day-to-day client support, structure, accountability and redirection.
• Conduct and document supervised UAs/BACs as assigned and within scope.
• Assist with client intakes and orientation.
• Monitor client engagement, behavior and stability and communicate concerns to clinical leadership.
• Support implementation of treatment plan goals and behavioral interventions.
• Maintain program expectations, house rules, professional boundaries and client confidentiality.
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings and ongoing supervision.

Authentic Recovery Homes is seeking a dependable and motivated Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to join our team supporting adults in a structured sober living and substance use recovery environment.

Qualifications

• CAT, CAS, or higher behavioral health/addictions credential required
• Experience working with individuals with substance use disorders preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
