Job summary

Qualifications

• Behavior analysis skills, including BA/ABA, to support treatment plans.
• Strong communication with clients, families, and team.
• Experience or training in Behavioral Intervention to address challenging behaviors.
• Foundational knowledge of psychology to understand needs.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment with cultural humility.
• Education: HS diploma required; associate/bachelor in psychology, social work, education or related field preferred.
• Experience with children, adolescents, or families in behavioral health, education, or social services is beneficial.
• Strong observational, documentation, and time-management skills; follow clinical protocols and confidentiality.
