Clarvida in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT- ABA) to provide one‑to‑one behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2–24) in home, school, and community settings across Pennsylvania.

Under supervision of a Behavioral Consultant, you will follow a personalized treatment plan that includes behavioral interventions, skill reinforcement, and family education, while promoting independence and culturally competent, recovery‑oriented care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain PA Act 33, Act 34, and FBI clearances.
• CPR/First Aid training (infant/child) or willingness to complete training.
• Working 3:30pm-5:30pm is a must.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 behavioral health services to youth (ages 2–24) across home/school/community settings.
• Follow treatment plans designed by the supervising Behavioral Consultant.
• Promote age-appropriate functioning and skill development.
• Set clear boundaries to reduce dependency on services.
• Provide parent training and caregiver support.
• Offer culturally responsive, trauma-informed care.
• Maintain daily travel and documentation of client progress.
