Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to provide one-on-one behavioral health services to children and young adults (ages 2–24) across Pennsylvania in home, school, and community settings.

The role supports clients with emotional or behavioral challenges under guidance of a Behavioral Consultant, following a personalized treatment plan including interventions, skill reinforcement, and family education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain PA Act 33, Act 34, and FBI clearances.
• CPR/First Aid training (infant/child) or willingness to complete training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 behavioral health services to youth (ages 2–24) across home/school/community settings.
• Follow treatment plans designed by the supervising Behavioral Consultant.
• Promote age-appropriate functioning and skill development.
• Set clear boundaries to reduce dependency on services.
• Provide parent training and caregiver support.
• Offer culturally responsive, trauma-informed care.
• Maintain daily travel and documentation of client progress.

About The Role

Clarvidais hiring a Behavioral Health Technician to provide one‑to‑one behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2–24) in home, school, and community settings across Pennsylvania. This is a full‑time role that supports clients with emotional or behavioral challenges and promotesage‑appropriate independenceand stability. Guided by a Behavioral Consultant,you'llfollow a personalized treatment plan that includes behavioral interventions, skill reinforcement, and family education.You’llwork directly with clients and caregivers, helping reduce service dependence while promoting culturally competent, recovery‑oriented care.
