Clarvida is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician to provide one‑to‑one behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2–24) in home, school, and community settings across Pennsylvania. This is a part-time role that supports clients with emotional or behavioral challenges and promotes age‑appropriate independence and stability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain PA Act 33, Act 34, and FBI clearances.
• CPR/First Aid training (infant/child) or willingness to complete training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 behavioral health services to youth (ages 2–24) across home/school/community settings.
• Follow treatment plans designed by the supervising Behavioral Consultant.
• Promote age-appropriate functioning and skill development.
• Set clear boundaries to reduce dependency on services.
• Provide parent training and caregiver support.
• Offer culturally responsive, trauma-informed care.
• Maintain daily travel and documentation of client progress.
