Clarvida is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to provide one-to-one behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2–24) in home, school, and community settings across Pennsylvania. This part-time role supports clients with emotional or behavioral challenges and promotes age-appropriate independence and stability.

Guided by a Behavioral Consultant, you’ll follow a personalized treatment plan that includes behavioral interventions, skill reinforcement, and family

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license is required.
• Must be able to obtain PA Act 33/Act 34 and FBI clearances.
• CPR/First Aid training (infant/child) or willingness to complete training.

Responsabilités

• Deliver 1:1 behavioral health services to youth (ages 2–24) across home/school/community settings.
• Follow treatment plans designed by the supervising Behavioral Consultant.
• Promote age‑appropriate functioning and skill development.
• Set clear boundaries to reduce dependency on services.
• Provide parent training and caregiver support.
• Offer culturally responsive, trauma‑informed care.
• Maintain daily travel and documentation of client progress.
