Clarvida seeks a Behavioral Health Technician to provide 1:1 behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2–24) in home, school, and community settings across Pennsylvania.

Under supervision of a Behavioral Consultant, you will follow a personalized treatment plan including behavioral interventions, skill reinforcement, and family education, helping promote independence and recovery in a culturally competent care environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain PA Act 33, Act 34, and FBI clearances.
• CPR/First Aid training (infant/child) or willingness to complete training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 behavioral health services to youth across home/school/community settings.
• Follow treatment plans designed by the supervising Behavioral Consultant.
• Promote age-appropriate functioning and skill development.
• Set clear boundaries to reduce dependency on services.
• Provide parent training and caregiver support.
• Offer culturally responsive, trauma-informed care.
• Maintain daily travel and documentation of client progress.

About The Role

Guided by a Behavioral Consultant,you'llfollow a personalized treatment plan that includes behavioral interventions, skill reinforcement, and family education.You’llwork directly with clients and caregivers, helping reduce service dependence while promoting culturally competent, recovery‑oriented care.
