**Job Purpose:**

Member of a multi-disciplinary team responsible for responding to the therapeutic and case management needs of children and their families, maintaining clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least two years of experience in a clinical setting and/or case management experience.
• Education related to children or human services and knowledge of the community preferred.

**Additional Requirements:**

• Flexible 40 hours/week schedule and on-call crisis response availability.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Clearances: PA Act 33 Child Abuse, PA Act 34 Criminal Records, FBI Criminal Background Check.
