Role Description The Behavioral Health Technician role is a full-time, on-site position located in Overland Park, KS. The individual in this role will implement ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), delivering 1:1 therapy in clinic, home, or school settings. Daily responsibilities include collecting and recording behavioral data, supporting skill-building in communication, self-help, social interaction, and play, and assisting with behavior reduction strategies. The technician will collaborate with clinical team members, participate in team meetings and trainings, and communicate progress and concerns to supervisors and caregivers. The role also involves maintaining a safe, engaging environment for clients, adhering to ethical guidelines, and following all organizational policies and procedures.
