Job summary

Bright Achievements is seeking caring Behavioral Technicians to provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA services under the guidance of a BCBA. This part-time position involves providing therapy in homes and communities, attending trainings, and collaborating with families.

Ideal candidates have a passion for helping children, possess strong communication skills, and preferably hold a bachelor's degree or RBT certification. A flexible schedule and compensation of $20-$30 per hour are offered.

Qualifications

• High school/Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Preferred Registered Behavior Technician certificate from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Previous experience or familiarity with ABA therapy or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Attend professional development trainings as required.
• Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement ABA therapy.
• Provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy.

We are seeking caring and professional, Behavioral Technicians, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA services under the guidance and supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Our team is committed to collaboration, respect, and dedication in supporting children as they reach their fullest potential.

Job Responsibilities of a Behavioral Technician:

• Attend Professional Development Trainings, as required
• Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
• Provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families and supervisors
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work

Job Requirements of Behavioral Technician:

• High school/Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent work experience
• Preferred Registered Behavior Technician certificate from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• Previous experience or familiarity with ABA therapy or developmental disabilities
• Energetic people with a passion to help children and families overcome large obstacles
• Strong communication skills required
