Job summary

Silver Lining ABA provides ABA therapy to children and young adults with Autism, delivering one-on-one sessions guided by client-specific plans and BCBA supervision.

We welcome both experienced Behavior Health Technicians and newcomers. Two weeks of paid training precedes RBT exam preparation, with ongoing development to stay current with best practices in the field.

Qualifications

• Able to engage with children aged 2-18.
• Able to implement ABA therapy programs per client plan.
• Willing to receive feedback from BCBA.
• Accurate data collection and session notes.
• Maintain client safety and confidentiality.
• Reliable transportation to see clients in the region.
• Pass mandatory background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy to children and young adults with Autism.
• Work with one client at a time.

• Document client sessions by collecting data and writing session notes.
• Complete service logs and timesheets; participate in training and RBT exam prep.

Behavior Health Technicians at Silver Lining ABA Inc provide ABA therapy to children and young

adults with Autism. ABA, or Applied Behavior Analysis, is an approach to Autism services that teaches

skills and modifies behaviors through positive reinforcement. Our Behavior Health Technicians provide

specialized attention to clients, working with one client at a time. Each client has a unique plan created to meet their specific needs and goals.

Experienced Behavior Health Technicians AND those new to the field are encouraged to apply. We

provide 2 weeks of paid training that will prepare you to work with clients and to take the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) exam.

Qualifications

• Able to engage and keep up with children (aged 2 -18)
• Able to work with clients with varying levels of need
• Able to Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs following each client's
• Open to receiving and incorporating feedback from your clients' BCBA (Board Certified
• Able to accurately document client sessions by collecting data, writing session notes, and
