Job summary

Silver Lining ABA is seeking a Behavior Health Technician (BHT) to work one-on-one with children, helping them learn essential communication, social, and daily living skills through ABA strategies. You’ll follow individualized treatment plans and receive ongoing support from our clinical team.

No ABA experience? We provide paid training, coaching, and opportunities to earn RBT exam prep, with a guaranteed full-time salary and a clear path to grow your career in behavioral health.

As a BHT, you’ll work one-on-one with children helping them learn skills that matter in the real world—from communicating and building relationships to becoming more independent and navigating everyday activities.

Those moments are why we do what we do. Every client is different, which means every day brings something new. You’ll follow an individualized treatment plan developed by our clinical team and use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies, including positive reinforcement, to help each child make meaningful progress.

You won’t be doing it alone. Our BHTs work closely with BCBAs and other members of our clinical team, receiving ongoing support, coaching, and feedback along the way.

No ABA Experience? That's OK!
