Carrollton Springs Changes is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to support nursing administration and staffing coordination in Frisco, TX. You will supervise Patient Sitters and help manage staffing plans to meet patient acuity while maintaining compliant operations.
The role requires critical thinking, the ability to work under pressure, and a high school diploma (Associate degree preferred). CPR and CPI training must be completed within 30 days of employment prior to patient contact.

We provide compassionate support through Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) for children, adolescents, and adults facing mental health challenges.
