Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC) is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians for a new girls’ residential program in Cranberry Township, PA. This full-time and per diem role involves direct care, supervision, and therapeutic support for adolescent residents aged 12–17, with shifts across all day parts.

Responsibilities include ensuring resident safety, supporting behavior management, documenting progress, and collaborating with the treatment team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.

DTAC is opening a new residential treatment program for adolescent girls (ages 12–17) and is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to join our team immediately. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a mission-driven startup environment where you can make a direct impact on youth and families.

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM (4 days/week)

Position Summary

The Behavioral Health Technician (Residential Treatment Staff) provides direct care, supervision, and therapeutic support to adolescent residents. This role is essential in maintaining a safe, structured, and supportive environment while promoting positive behavioral and emotional growth.

• PA Child Abuse Clearance (Act 33)
• PA Criminal Background Clearance
• FBI Fingerprint Clearance (Act 73)
