Job description

The Behavior Technician supports individuals with developmental disabilities, primarily Autism Spectrum Disorder, by implementing behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Under supervision, the BT:

1. Collects data
2. Uses positive reinforcement strategies
3. Assists in teaching new skills to promote independence and improved quality of life

They work closely with clients, families, and team members to ensure consistent and effective therapy sessions.

Experience: Required

Employment: Part-time

Schedule: 4pm to 8pm

Salary: $25 – $30 hourly
