Job summary

Momentum Services, LLC is a private, family-owned behavioral health agency serving individuals in home, school, and community settings. We provide individualized treatment plans, compassionate care, and collaborative support with external resources to promote client strength and independence.

We seek licensed and certified professionals (BCaBA, RBT, BCAT or equivalent) with at least 2 years of behavioral health experience.

Qualifications

• Certification as a BCaBA, Certification as a RBT, Certification as a BCAT, Behavior health certification or behavior analysis certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completed the required 40-hour training covering the RBT task list
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the provision of behavioral health services

Responsibilities

• Implement the Individualized Treatment Plan in the Home, School or Community environments
• Actively participate in the assessment of needs and provide feedback as appropriate
• Monitor and discuss client progress with supervisor
• Maintain a strong commitment to professional growth and development
• Adhere to professional and ethical clinical practices at all times
• Collect client data related to client objectives
• Consult with their supervisor (BC or MT) on a consistent basis

Momentum Services provides the least restrictive professional methods utilized in a consumer’s personal treatment, and do not use unnecessary or excessive methods under any circumstances.
