Now hiring

for the day shift (6am-2pm or 7am-3pm) and the evening shift (3pm-11pm).

What You'll Do

1. Manage all daily residential operations (intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications, etc.)
2. Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
3. Escalate concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician
4. Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment
5. Ensure client and BHT compliance with all Avenues rules, policies, and procedures

What We're Looking For

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification required
• If in recovery, a minimum of one-year sustained sobriety
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Warm, empathetic personality with the ability to set firm boundaries
• Dignified, honest character modeling recovery principles

Avenues Recovery Center at Eastern Shore is a 100-bed residential facility offering inpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation. Our modern, renovated building on 7.74 acres provides a serene setting for healing, re-connection, and self-discovery. Our multidisciplinary staff includes therapists, clinicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, addiction counselors, and behavioral health technicians, all committed to providing compassionate, dignified care.
