Job summary

Thrive Autism Solutions is seeking a part-time Behavioral Health Technician to assist with client care and facility operations. The role includes swing and night shifts, with hours kept relatively stable but adjustable to staff needs. This is a W-2 hourly position with flexibility and support for the facility.

• Must have valid CPR/First Aid certificate that will not expire for at least one year.
• Must be available to work every weekend on Sunday.

• Cleaning, dishes, laundry, paperwork, following company protocols, medication pass, administering care to clients, ensuring the facility runs on time for all appointments, groups, and activities.
• Other duties include computer work, intakes, logs, admissions, discharges, running errands, group facilitation, group documentation, de-escalation, transportation and more.

About the Job:

We are looking to hire a part-time Behavioral Health Technician to work swing shift and night shift per the needs of the facility. In general, hours and shifts will be about the same each week, but will or can change over time to meet the needs of the staff as a whole. We try to be as flexible and accommodating as possible.

This is an hourly position as a W-2 employee. Prior experience working at a SUD's inpatient facility is preferred.
