We are looking for playful, high-energy Behavior Technicians seeking full-time employment at our Basking Ridge location! You must have a passion for helping kids learn and have fun! ABOUT SOS:

Success On The Spectrum is a national Autism Treatment franchise dedicated to quality. We offer ABA, ST, OT, and Social Skills Classes in our centers, in-home, and in-school. Our play-based model emphasizes NET, including field trips! We encourage high parent involvement and allow parents to watch therapy live from our parent viewing room.

Most RBTs at SOS work full-time. Your pay is not affected by client cancellations. Within the center, teams rotate clients every 90 minutes.

SOS provides hands-on training to Behavior Technicians. We increase your ABA knowledge through weekly team training and quarterly in-service days. We pay for your CPR and QBS Safety Care certifications.

Staff receive performance reviews every 6 months. Opportunities for promotion include Level 1, 2, 3, or Trainer roles. Trainers may have priority for Office Manager positions at new locations.

If you want to advance in ABA, SOS can help you become a BCBA. We have partnerships with universities offering discounted tuition and free practicum supervision!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Work in Center Monday - Friday 7:45am-4:15pm
• Occasional in-home sessions 4:30pm - 6:30pm (when applicable)
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Incorporate sensory activities (arts, crafts, games)
• Record client data into software
• Write detailed SOAP notes and schedule appointments
• Attend weekly team meetings and quarterly trainings
• Create and prepare client materials

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma (College degree preferred)
• No criminal background
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to lift 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and stay physically active
