Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team. We're seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our outpatient centers. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills, receive specialized training, and connect with patients. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7am-7pm.

Your Role

• Provide patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments, monitor responses, record ratings, address discomfort.
• Ensure patient well-being: Supportive care, maintain EHR, manage scheduling and billing.
• Support operations: Assist with insurance and billing processes.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma, Associate's, Medical Assistant certification, or equivalent, with relevant experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's in Psychology, Social Work, or related field; 1+ year healthcare experience (not mandatory).
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, EHR systems (AdvancedMD, Salesforce preferred), clinical interviewing, insurance knowledge (a plus).
• Physical & Certification: Ability to stand for long periods, BLS certification (training provided).
