Qualifications

• Required: strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities.
• Must be able to engage clients with warmth and empathy.
• CPR certification preferred as part of qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones).
• Engage and build rapport with clients to create a warm recovery environment.
• Monitor clients and enforce all policies to ensure safety for clients and staff.
• Record and escalate critical communications/incidents promptly.
• Fulfill administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support).
