This role provides direct patient care and supportive services to patients with mental health disorders and chemically dependent patients to ensure safety and wellbeing, with the potential to perform Emergency Department Technician duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or other behavioral health related fields, with one (1) year of experience in the behavioral health field setting, OR three (3) years of experience in inpatient psychiatric settings.
• Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and supportive services to patients with mental health disorders to ensure safety and wellbeing.
• May perform the duties and responsibilities of an Emergency Department Technician when needed.
