Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) preferred.
• Must obtain CPI certification within 90 days of hire, training provided.
• Must obtain and maintain CPR, AED, and First Aid, training provided.
• Substance Use Division: minimum 1 year sobriety in recovery, Eating Disorder Division: minimum 1 year recovery in recovery.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to all policy and procedures; upholds professional ethics.
• Ensure patient safety and provide interventions; support treatment planning.
• Lead psychoeducational groups and assist nursing staff as directed.
• Support admission and discharge processes; document shift notes and group notes.
• Provide transportation and assist with daily patient needs; maintain clean, safe environment.

Education
