Job summary

Universal Health Services, Inc. seeks a Behavioral Health Technician (MHT) for a full-time role with varied shifts (8- or 12-hour).

Responsibilities include supervising adolescents in a residential setting, applying interventions, documenting care, and supporting treatment plans under professional guidance. The position requires a minimum age of 21, a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferably a BA in Human Services; drivers license preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field preferred.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support intellectually disabled adolescents in a residential setting.
• Provide intervention, limit-setting, guidance and problem solving when needed.
• Document care accurately and in a timely fashion.
• Follow treatment plans and interventions with residents.
• Maintain professional boundaries with residents and staff.
• Serve as a role model for residents and other staff.
• Assist in management of aggressive behaviors.
