Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior plans accurately.

Responsibilities

• Support nursing staff and maintain safety and structure of the social environment.
• Observe and record patient information pertinent to treatment and report to Charge Nurse and DON.
• Assist patients with daily activities across all shifts (part-time or full-time).
• Document timely, accurate clinical information in patient records.
• Engage patients in educational-rehabilitative groups and activities to meet treatment goals.
• Complete and maintain required documentation.
